The lunch club provides an essential social outlet for retired residents of Hedge. They are in need of another cook to help the club keep running smoothly. The role involves being one of the cooks on a rota so that you know well in advance which weeks you are going to be cooking. You will head up that weeks catering team, preparing a two course meal for the Thursday lunch club for up to 40 people.
Skills
This is a good role for someone with catering experience who is happy leading a team. You will need to be happy to pan menus, arrange shopping and prepare the meals.

Availability Details
You will need to be able to do the shopping the day before and be available 8.45am - 1.45pm to cook, serve and clear away on the day of the lunch club. You will be on a rota with other cooks, so this will not be every week.
