We need driver’s mates for our Furnish to Flourish furniture project. It involves lifting and shifting, so you need to be reasonably physically fit. Give as little as 5 hours up to 30 hours a week.
Skills
• Finding and sorting the goods to be delivered at the start of the day. • Loading and unloading the vehicles with goods for delivery and collection. • Helping the driver with delivering the goods to the client’s home. • Collecting goods from the public. • Sorting goods as they arrive in the warehouse and storing them in the correct areas. • Carrying out minor repairs to items of furniture/ensure they are clean. • Breaking down all goods for recycling and keeping rubbish to a minimum. • Treating all clients in a friendly and polite manner. • Maintaining client confidentiality at all time.
