Trustee Vacancy at Pilands Wood Community Association

Pilands Wood Community Association (PWCA) are seeking to appoint experienced and passionate volunteers to join the board of Trustees.

They are looking to recruit up to four Trustees to help shape the strategic direction of the association and ensure they are offering the best possible service to the community.  They want to build on the excellent work carried out by the Centre Manager and Trustees since 2002 and this opportunity will allow the incoming Trustees to write a new chapter in the history of Pilands Wood Community Association.

Skills

They are particularly interested in recruiting volunteers with knowledge and experience in financial management, volunteer management, community engagement, marketing and communications and policy writing.  It is advantageous but not essential if you are a member of the local community.

The successful candidates will be expected to attend quarterly board meetings and interact with the centre administrator and key partners as and when required.
