One Community is seeking volunteers to support the delivery of our Lifeline service.
Volunteers go into clients' homes to install and remove emergency lifeline equipment, maintain machines by changing batteries and pendants and replacing old machines. An installation takes about an hour, but a removal is quicker. We operate throughout the borough of Eastleigh, but volunteers usually work in one area that is convenient for them, although they are welcome to cover other areas if they are willing.
Full training will be given, and volunteer expenses can be reimbursed.
