For clubs, trips, exploration to provide extra support to enable Autism Disorder young carers to integrate and participate within the group.
Skills
Requires understanding of supporting additional needs, an ability to role model social skills to a neurodiverse demographic, confident dealing with challenging behaviour, confident scribing for Young Carer when required, comfortable working within a larger group.

Volunteers need to be at least over 18 to work with the younger ones, ideally they would be 21 and above to be able to work with all our age groups.
